Are you based in Australia or overseas?

Yes, we are a Melbourne, VIC based retailer with 100% of our inventory stored in our inner-west Sydney warehouse.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

Depending on your address/location, it may take as little as 1 day and as long as 10 days to receive your order. We always use a fully tracked shipping service to help you track your orders all along.

Are these vehicles covered under warranty?

In addition to the 1-year manufacturer warranty, we cover these products with a 1st year 100% replacement warranty if there are any manufacturing related defects to it.

What is your replacement, return & refunds policy?

We provide 100% Refund of the product price if the item is unopened and unused and shipped back with a tracked shipping service within 7 days of receiving the item. The Return shipping cost has to borne by you for all "change-of-mind" returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Refunds will be initiated within 5 days once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Please note that we may deduct up to $50 as return processing charges based on the reason for return/refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@swiftrideaustralia.com.au. Replacements (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@swiftrideaustralia.com.au to request a return. Please Note -- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You must ship using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
